Quick & Easy Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe

With everything that has been going on in the world, I wanted to shift our focus to something lighthearted and fun. Lately, I’ve been delving into new recipes as a way to retreat and found out about this quick and easy shrimp stir fry while watching Joie Chavis’ YouTube video, ‘What I Eat In A Day To Lose Weight While Working Out.’ I don’t know about you, but my grocery list tends to be a bit repetitive. I’m often preparing the same meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which gets extremely boring. This shrimp stir fry recipe was delicious and super quick and easy to make!

Quick & Easy Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

✓ Raw Shrimp
✓ Grapeseed Oil
✓ Black Pepper
✓ Himalayan Pink Salt
✓ Garlic Powder
✓ Parsley Flakes
✓ Red, Green, Orange, & Yellow Bell Peppers
✓ Sweet Onion
✓ Soy Sauce
✓ White Rice (or Quinoa if you prefer)

Instructions:

♡ After thawing and peeling, season raw shrimp with black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, garlic powder, and parsley flakes in a bowl. Then, set aside.

♡ Chop up red, green, orange, and yellow bell peppers as well as a few pieces of sweet onion.

NOTE: Because I prepared this meal for one serving, I only used half of each bell pepper. However, the amount of peppers you wish to use as well as the serving size you prepare is totally up to you.

♡ Heat grapeseed oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Then, add shrimp and peppers. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

♡ Serve over white rice or quinoa. Add soy sauce!

♡ Enjoy!
