As we close out the month of January, I hope that you all are still feeling motivated and inspired by your goals for the new year. Personally, I’ve been really proud of the progress that I’ve made with my goals, both blogging and personal. A new post has been published every Sunday this month, which was one of my top blogging goals. As part of my personal goals, I have also been working on my diet, which is still a work in progress, but I am doing fairly well. One of those goals included incorporating a smoothie into my daily morning routine, which I have been killing. I’ve only missed about three days since the new year started, which I think is still amazing!

With the busiest time of the year now behind us, it’s time to reshift our focus to developing a new set of goals for the next six to twelve months.
