Well, it’s officially December and I’m super excited. One of my favorite things to do around this time of year is to dedicate an evening at home to watching some of my favorite holiday movies with a warm drink and a throw blanket, preferably after I’ve decorated for Christmas. I don’t know about you, but I love those cold weather nights in, complete with Christmas decor aesthetic. I’ve put together a list of things you’ll need to create that perfect holiday night in for both you and your family to enjoy!
I can’t believe it’s November, which means it’s officially holiday season! Between all of the upcoming holiday gatherings and Christmas shopping, the next couple of months will be a very busy time for us all.
I believe the saying goes “new week, new goals” or something like that. Anyway, as we prepare for the start of a new work week, I thought it would be a great idea to start thinking of simple ways to better organize our personal lives so that we can focus on and excel in our professional lives. If you’re anything like me, you’re always looking for the perfect balance between the two.
If I had to describe this year in one word it would be exhausting. Since making the decision late last year to start creating new content on Suite 3869, getting an internship with Live Civil, taking on more responsibility at my full-time job, and still sticking it out with my part-time job, I started to feel a bit of anxiety and pressure to excel in all that I had going on. However, what I failed to realize was in order to exceed any of the expectations I had for myself, I needed to be sure I was taking care of my mental and physical health and I wasn’t doing that.
It’s almost calming season, which means the summer-hype is coming to an end, the kids are headed back to school, the holidays are slowly approaching, and the temperatures will soon begin to cool. Aside from having an autumn birthday, another exciting thing about this time of year is being able to switch up my home decor.
With Mother’s Day now less than two weeks away, there’s not much time left to decide on a gift to give the phenomenal and prominent women in your life. And even with a ton of resources and gift guides available online, searching for the perfect gift can still be an overwhelming process. In this specific blog post, I wanted to zero in on a specific kind of mom and that is one who loves wine and champagne!
We all know that feeling of coming home from what feels like the longest and most stressful day of the workweek. Whether you’ve spent all day training a new employee, dealing with customers, or working on a major company project, it can all become overwhelming, sending your level of stress through the roof.
The inspiration for this post came about during one of my recent online shopping trips for spring wear items. Aside from the fact that it had been a while since I treated myself, I was also long overdue for new clothes!
Generally, there are no rules when it comes to social media. People say what they want, do what they want, and share what they want. However, it doesn’t mean that living a carefree life online does not come with a price.
