Lately, I’ve been delving into new recipes as a way to retreat and found out about this quick and easy shrimp stir fry while watching Joie Chavis’ YouTube video, ‘What I Eat In A Day To Lose Weight While Working Out.’ I don’t know about you, but my grocery list tends to be a bit repetitive. When the time comes for me to create my grocery list for the week, I always find myself scouring Pinterest for quick and easy dinner recipes before I head out to the grocery store. I don’t know about you, but I prefer meals that do not require a lot of ingredients, steps, and something that will last me for at least another night. So, my Pinterest search usually looks something like, “cooking recipes easy” or “6-ingredient meals.” Don’t get me wrong, there are some nights where I’m actually in the mood to prepare something a little more exquisite if you will, but more often than not, I like to keep it simple.
